At TORINO Protein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. That's why we offer you our satisfaction guarantee—in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal:
If you don’t like a particular flavor, you can return the remaining unopened cans –
even if you've already tried a can of each variety. The only condition:
No more than one can of each variety may be missing – the remaining cans must be unopened and undamaged.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
When does the 14-day cancellation period begin?
The cancellation period begins on the day on which you – or a person other than the carrier designated by you – takes possession of the goods.
How can you exercise your right of withdrawal?
Simply send us a short message stating that you are canceling your purchase – by email or post – to the following address:

You are welcome to use our return form (PDF) to simplify the process – but this is not mandatory.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the full purchase price (including standard shipping costs) using the same payment method you used during checkout.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return or proof that you have sent the goods.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
When is a return excluded?
Please note that returns may be excluded in the following cases:
• If more than one can of each variety has been opened or consumed
• If products are damaged or incomplete
• For sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed
