The TORINO Satisfaction Guarantee
At TORINO Protein, your satisfaction is our priority. In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, we offer you our personal Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you don’t like a particular flavor, you’re welcome to return the remaining unopened cans – even if you’ve already tried one can per flavor. The only condition: No more than one can per flavor may be missing. All remaining cans must be unopened and undamaged.
We offer a 14-day return period under this policy. That means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return as described above. This right applies within the entire European Union.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us at returns@torinoprotein.com. You’re welcome to use our return form (PDF) to make the process easier – but it’s not required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired product is to return the item you received. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
